PRE-ORDER POLICY & FAQ

By completing your purchase/check out, you agree to our Terms of Service and all policies listed on our website.

All orders must be paid in full at the time of checkout.

PRE-ORDER CANCELLATION / QUANTITY REDUCTION POLICY

Cancellation of any pre-order will incur a 10% processing fee based on the total order value.

Release date delays, product allocation issues, and other logistics, production, or distribution factors outside of our control will not qualify as grounds to bypass this policy.

As stated in our TCG Singles Shipping Policy, all singles sales are final.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders containing pre-order products will be held until all items in the order are available and ready to ship.

CAN YOU SEND PART OF MY ORDER EARLY?

If you would like your order split into multiple shipments, additional shipping charges may apply unless the shipped items qualify for free shipping.

WHAT ABOUT RELEASE DATES?

A product is considered officially released once the “Pre-Order” label has been removed from the product title.

Release dates are subject to change due to publisher delays, distribution issues, manufacturing delays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
