Shipping policy

 

Please contact us at onecardshorthelp@gmail.com regarding any products that arrive damaged. We will work with the shipping carrier as quickly as possible to ensure that you are taken care of. In the event of a package being received with damage that exceeds our other policies we ask that all items are photographed and the picture is attached to the initial e-mail. At that point a member of our team will reach out to gather more information on next steps. Small rips, or tears in sealed product is not considered to be damaged and is not covered under this policy.

All sealed product orders will be shipped within 72 hours using standard delivery, all Canadian orders will be charged a 15.00 flat rate for this option and all international orders will be charged a 25.00 flat rate at the time of checkout. If you would like your order to be shipped in a quicker manner please contact customer service once your order has been placed. Please note these changes may incur additional costs at the buyers expense, however they will be communicated to the buyer before the sale is finalized and the item is shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to Import duties, taxes and customs fees once the package reaches the determination country. Theses charges are determined by customs authorities and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

If a package is :  Refused by the customer  or Returned due to unpaid duties or taxes or failure to receive delivery 

The order will be considered NON-REFUNDABLE.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing .

All US Orders are considered a final sale.


Please note we are currently working with new shipping companies to help mitigate the extended delays we have been seeing over the past month and we appreciate everyone's understanding as we look for ways to reduce the costs and limit the delivery times for you the guest. In certain instances packages may require a signature upon receipt to the location the item is being shipped. We will try to reach out to the email provided once the item is shipped if this will be required.

All single cards and mystery packs shipped under the not tracked option will carry no coverage. Any damage or lost items during shipping are not covered under any of our policies and you will be responsible for any and all damages when this shipping option is selected. Items that qualify under this shipping option will be charged a 3.00 flat rate.
