Refund policy
We offer no refunds, returns or exchanges on sealed products.
Single cards that you wish to refund may be shipped back at purchasers expense after receiving approval from one of the ONE CARD SHORT team members by contacting us at onecardshorthelp@gmail.com, upon receiving the card one of the team members will ensure the product is that which was sent to you and also still in the same condition. At that point a refund may be issued, if the card is damaged, lost or for any other reason disputed by ONE CARD SHORT the refund will not be issued and a member of the team will contact you with regards to sending the card back at your expense if you wish.
In the event of a damaged item being returned or any other product shortages the item(s) will be refunded in full of the purchase price to the account that purchased the product.
By completing your purchase with ONE CARD SHORT you are agreeing to these policies as outlined above.
